基于QFD的婴儿床延展性设计研究

因为婴幼儿自身生理和心理的发展特点,婴儿床往往使用寿命非常短暂,被用后即弃而造成严重的资源浪费。在3R理论指导下的延展性婴儿床设计可以延长其使用寿命,但未能收到很好的市场效果。本文基于QFD的理论构建品质屋,对延展性婴儿床在生产过程中的技术难度进行挖掘,确定用户高度关注的需求项目。提出了可行性的设计方案,达到延长婴儿床使用寿命并满足客户需求的双重效果。

Due to the characteristics of infants' physiological and psychological development, cribs often have a short service life,which results in serious waste of resources after they are used. Under the guidance of the 3 R theory, the ductile crib design can prolong its service life, which failed to receive ideal market results. Based on the QFD theory, this paper constructs a quality house to excavate the technical difficulty of the ductile crib in the production process and determine the demand items that users are highly concerned about. Besides, the author put forward the feasibility of the design to extend the life of crib and meet the customers' dual needs.
