The Function and Performance of Journal Editorial Boards from the Perspective of Editors

从目前我国学术期刊编委会工作现状来看,各期刊编委会作用发挥程度差异较大。一些期刊编委会作用发挥不充分,在期刊实际运作中的参与度有限,对提升所在期刊学术影响力的作用不明显。针对上述问题,从编辑的视角进行分析,探讨如何有效发挥编委会在期刊办刊中的作用,提出正确处理"三个关系"和恪守"四项原则"的对策,对办好期刊具有借鉴和指导意义。

From the current situation of the editorial boards' work of academic journals in China, the functions of journal editorial boards are quite different.Some of the journal editorial boards have insufficient functions as well as those boards have limited participation degree in the journal of practical operation, which leadto the effect of academic journals weakly.To solve theproblem, from editor's view, the methods of increase effect of journal editorial boards function will be discussed,the solutions of putting in "three relations" and persevering in "four principles" will be presented, which has reference and guiding significancein editing work of journals.
