摘要 管理沟通学是一门跨学科课程,越来越多的学校将其列入商学院的必修课程体系,传统课程的教学仅仅方式注重传授系统的科学知识,以教师为主导,忽略学生的主观能动性,很难真正意义上提升学生的沟通能力和管理能力以及建立崇高的道德理念体系,笔者结合自己本门课教学五年以来的实践经验,针对管理沟通教学目标,教学方法,考核方式和需要注意的问题进行探讨,创新性提出了本门课程需要融入厚德笃行的理念,对教育方法与教师本身提出了更高更深层次的要求。 Management Communication is an interdisciplinary course. More and more colleges include it in required course system of business schools. The traditional teaching mode only focuses on imparting systematic scientific knowledge, which was leaded by teachers and ignores students' subjective initiative. In that way, it is difficult to enhance the students' communication ability and management ability, and to establish a lofty moral concept system. The author combines his own teaching experience in the past five years,aiming at teaching objectives of management communication, teaching methods, assessment methods and problems that need attention,suggests that this course need to be integrated with the concept of"Houde Dusing"creatively, and puts forward higher requirements on a deeper level to education method and teachers themselves.
