摘要
以纳米氧化锌和氧化铌为前驱体,采取固相煅烧合成法制备了Nb掺杂ZnO光催化剂。对不同制备条件下的催化剂分别用IR,UV-Vis和SEM方法进行了分析表征,并在模拟太阳光照条件下研究了催化剂对刚果红的去除性能。结果表明,焙烧温度为400℃,催化剂用量为0.8g·L^(-1),降解时间为120min,铌掺杂量为1%的光催化剂对刚果红溶液(50ml,20mg·L^(-1))的降解效果最好,其降解率达76.5%。
A series of different Nb-doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by solid state reaction with zinc oxide and niobium oxide as precursors,and the doped level of Nb on the photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Congo red was discussed. The prepared samples were characterized by IR,UV-vis and SEM.The photo catalytic activity of the as-obtained samples was evaluated by degradation of Congo red under simulated sunlight. The best photocatalytic activity for the degradation of Congo red can be up to 76. 5% in 120 min when the doping concentration of Nb is 1% at 400℃ calcined,the concentration of photo catalyst is 0. 8 g·L^(-1) and the volume and concentration of Congo red solution are 50 ml and 20 mg·L^(-1) respectively.
