猪BPI基因第10外显子遗传变异分析

摘要 猪BPI基因的多态性与动物的免疫力和抗病毒感染明显相关。本研究利用PCR-RFLP的方法对180头晋汾白猪和64头新山西黑猪的BPI基因第10外显子Hpa II酶切位点的遗传变异性进行了检测,检测到晋汾白猪和新山西黑猪分别有GG、TT、GT三种基因型,晋汾白猪基因型频率分别为0.0222、0.7389、0.2389,新山西黑猪基因型频率分别为0.0781、0.2188、0.7031。运用PopGene32软件进行群体遗传学分析,晋汾白猪和新山西黑猪BPI基因的香农指数分别为0.4080、0.6832,新山西黑猪在BPI基因Hpa II酶切位点极不符合哈代-温伯格平衡(p<0.01)。运用SAS8.1进行卡方检验,BPI基因的多态位点在晋汾白猪和新山西黑猪的基因型分布差异极显著(p<0.01)。通过对晋汾白猪和新山西黑猪BPI基因第10外显子的多态性分析为下一步的分子标记辅助选择提供基本依据。
