摘要
商务英语专业学科的特殊性要求教师既要有一定的语言基础知识,又要兼备商务知识以及商务实践经历,根据调查具有商务知识和商务实践经验的教师在地方本科院校尤为稀缺。本调查基于地方本科院校商务英语专业教师的学科知识、素质、能力及自身发展中的困惑,根据《商务英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》的指导,提出了深度学习《国标》,共同制定《校标》;加强团队合作;与企业多领域深度合作等对策,解决目前商务类师资不足的问题。
Because of its particularity,teachers for business English majors should acquire not only English knowledge,but also business knowledge and working experiences. According to the investigation,teachers who acquire business knowledge and experiences are rare in local undergraduate universities. Basing on personal information and their confusion on teaching and learning,and guided by "National Standard ",the paper proposes the strategies such as deeply learning "National Standard " to formulate their own standard;strengthening team cooperation; collaborating with businesses etc. to solve the problem of lacking business teachers in business English development.
