基于宁夏旅游业发展之涉外导游“现代学徒制”人才培养模式研究

A Study on the “Modern Apprenticeship” Training Mode of International Tour Guide Based on the Development of Ningxia Tourism Industry

本文结合宁夏区域经济的发展,并参考现有高职院校现代学徒制人才培养的试点工作,就两个大的方面对宁夏旅游业涉外导游人才的培养进行了研究。首先,结合宁夏旅游业发展现状,本文梳理了现代学徒制人才培养模式的原则及理念;其次,提出了在宁夏涉外导游人才培养过程中,校企一体化人才共育平台的具体实施方案。

Considering the development of regional economy in Ningxia, and referring to the experimental work of Modern Apprenticeship training in Higher Vocational Colleges, this pa-per studies the mode of personnel training of international tour guide in Ningxia from two aspects： frstly, it puts forward the principles and concept of the model of the Modern Apprentice-ship Personnel Training combining the current development of Ningxia tourism industry; secondly, it puts forward the specifc implementation plan of integrated system of co-education pat-tern of college and enterprise in the process of international tour guide training of Ningxia.
