高校教学档案管理的创新模式思考探析

高校教学档案种类繁多,数量庞大,从专业培养方案到教师讲课记录再到学生成绩登录,形形色色,客观有效的反应高校历年的教学活动,对展现高校教学历史与高校教学改革历程具有重要的参考价值。进入二十一世纪,电子信息的飞速发展将人类社会带入了互联网+的时代,计算机、校园网等网络信息技术在高校的普及给高校教学档案管理工作提出了新的要求,运用数字化手段创新高校教学档案管理工作势在必行。针对当前高校的教学档案管理工作在制度上、部门之间的协调和部门管理水平等方面存在的问题,通过树立高校教学档案管理创新意识,建立高校教学档案管理标准与管理制度,规范高校教学档案内容及分类,建立高校教学档案管理体系,做好教学档案信息平台建设工作,加快高校教学档案管理工作的创新。

Therefore it is imperative to use digital meansto innovate teaching archives management work in colleges and universities. Aimed at the existing problems in systems, coordinationbetween departments and management level in the departments, the information platform construction work of teaching archive is welldone and the innovation of teaching archive management work is accelerated through establishing the innovation consciousness, stan-dard and system of teaching archives management in colleges and universities, standardizing their contents and classifications andbuilding management system of teaching archives.
