7S管理在高校开放实训室管理中的应用探究

高校实训室开放是高校实践教学改革和发展的必然趋势,对于培养学生的学习兴趣、动手能力、创新能力和创新思维具有重要作用。文章针对当前开放实训室管理中存在的问题,将7S管理引入开放实训室管理中,并论述了开放实训室推行7S管理的好处及推行要点,为其他高校开放实训室管理提供了参考建议。

The opening of training room is an inevitable way of reforming and developing of practical teaching in universities,which plays an important role in cultivating students＇ learning interest, practical ability, innovation ability and innovative thinking. Ac-cording to the existing problems in open training room management, this thesis introduces 7S management into the management ofopening training room. What＇s more, the benefits and the implementation points of 7S management are discussed with hope to beareference for other universities.
