新时期高校思想政治工作队伍建设研究

新时期高校思想政治工作所面临的国内外环境正在发生重大变化,新问题、新挑战也不断出现。这让高校思想政治工作队伍在工作中存在的一些问题显现出来,主要表现为队伍综合素养有待提升、队伍职能定位不清晰、队伍协同机制急需建立和队伍与学生联系不紧密。对此,应从注重队伍综合素质培养、加强队伍责任机制建设、加快队伍协同机制创设三方面着手,以强化高校思想政治工作队伍建设。

In the new era, the domestic and international environment of ideological and political work in universities is under-going major changes, and new problems and new challenges are emerging. This makes the problems that exist in the team of Ideolog-ical and Political Work are shown, which mainly manifest as the team＇s comprehensive quality needs to be improved, the function ofthe team is not clear, the team coordination mechanism is needed to be established, and the team can＇t contact with students closely.Therefore, in order to strengthen the construction of the team of ideological and political work in universities, we should pay attentionto the training of the team＇s comprehensive quality, strengthen the construction of team responsibility mechanism, and accelerate theestablishment of the team coordination mechanism.
