基于需求分析的商务英语课程设置和人才培养方案调查研究

本研究立足于地方应用型本科院校,以学生需求为导向,设计详尽全面的调查问卷,并对其调查结果进行统计分析,旨在研究如何设置合理有效的商务英语课程和人才培养方案。以需求分析为依据,探讨学生对英语基础知识、商务技能和对商务英语教学的具体要求,并以其调查数据为基础,设计出符合学生实际的人才培养方案,从而满足学生的个性化发展和商务英语人才的社会需求。

Based on the local applied undergraduate colleges and universities, the research is oriented to the students＇ needs todesign a comprehensive questionnaire and to do the statistical analysis of the survey results. The purpose of this research is to studyhow to set up a reasonable and effective business English course and talent training program. Based on the demand analysis, stu-dents＇ basic knowledge of English, business skills and specific requirements for business English teaching are discussed. Based on thesurvey data, a talent training program is designed that is in line with the students＇ actual conditions so as to meet the individualneeds of students and the social needs of business English professionals.
