研究生入学教育问题探析

入学教育是研究生阶段培养的起始环节,它直接影响学生在校期间的行为与发展,是学生在校接受大学思想政治教育的开端,也是保障人才培养质量的重要环节。文章试以北京师范大学为例,从调研到的研究生的群体特点和成长需求入手,对比分析现有研究生入学教育的现状与问题,提出促进研究生入学教育发展的几点建议,为促进入学教育朝着更成体系、更有针对性、更有实效的方向发展做出了有益的探讨。

The entrance education is the initial step in the training of graduate students, which will directly affect students＇ be-havior and development during their school years. What＇s more, the education is the beginning of the students＇ acceptance of the ide-ological and political education. Also, the education is an important part of ensuring the quality of personnel training. According tothe characteristics and growth needs of postgraduates, this paper takes Beijing Normal University as an example, analyzing the currentstatus and problems of the postgraduate entrance education. Strategies for postgraduates＇ entrance education are put forward to makethe entrance education more systematic, targeted and effective.
