摘要
目的:了解本科护生担任实验室助理的真实体验和感受。方法:采用质性研究中现象学研究法,对10名有担任实验室助理经历的本科护生进行个人深入访谈,用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析。结果:分析得出以下5个主题:担任实验室助理的动机、工作内容、感受、收获以及对实验室助理管理的建议。结论:担任实验室助理有利于本科护生护理专业技术技能的提高,也有利于沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、管理能力、专业思想、条理性、规则意识等非专业技术技能的培养,让本科护生担任实验室助理的做法值得推广。
Objective: The objective of this paper is to acquire an understanding of college nursing students' real experiences andfeelings as laboratory assistants. Methods:The phenomenological research method is adopted to do personal interview with ten collegenursing students who have served as laboratory assistants. Besides, Colaizzi analysis method is adopted to analyze materials. Results:The findings of the study reveal that five major factors serving as laboratory assistant include students' motivations, working contents,feelings, gains and suggestions on laboratory assistant management. Conclusion: Serving as laboratory assistant contributes to nursingtechnique improvement as well as cultivates ability of communication, cooperation, management, and sense of profession, orderlinessand regulation, with an aim of encouraging college nursing students serving as laboratory assistants.
