休闲农业视野下福建省山区型农村闲置宅基地开发模式研究——以宁德周宁县浦源镇萌源村为例

A Research on the Exploitation Mode of Idle Rural Residential Land in Fujian Rural Mountainous Areas from the Perspective of Leisure Agriculture——Taking the Village of Mengyuan of Zhouning County as an Example

近年来,随着城镇化进程的快速推进,农村宅基地闲置问题愈发凸显。在休闲农业产业发展的视野下,以层次分析法为适应性评价模型构建工具,以宁德市周宁县浦源镇萌源村作为个案研究对象,对福建省山区型农村闲置宅基地开发模式进行探索,宜采用村内集约型模式,以期为农村闲置宅基地开发提供有益思路。

In recent years,with the rapid progress of urbanization,the problem of idle rural residential land becomes increasingly serious.From the perspective of the development of leisure agriculture,by means of analytic hierarchy process,taking the village of Mengyuan of Zhouning County as an example,the paper explores the exploitation mode of idle rural residential land in Fujian rural mountainous areas.It is concluded that the intensive mode should be adopted in the village to provide useful ideas for the exploitation of idle rural residential land.
