An Analysis on the Characteristics and Trends of the Social Mobility of Zhangjiakou and the Corresponding Countermeasures——Based on the Successful Bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics

2022年冬奥会申办成功以后,张家口市的政府职能、社会流动群体和社会经济格局都发生了深刻变化。经济的增长、社会结构的调整和旅游业的兴盛等因素,造成了张家口地区社会流动性的大幅度增强。政府部门加强引导、社会加大投入和引入市场机制等各方面的措施成为应对社会流动性增强的必然措施。以张家口社会流动为切入点,着眼于社会发展和社会角色的变化,可从微观角度探查张家口地区社会内在结构的变换。

The successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics has brought about great changes to the government functions,social mobility groups,social and economic patterns of Zhangjiakou.The economic growth,the adjustment of social structure and the prosperity of tourism have contributed to the social mobility in Zhangjiakou.The governmental guidance,the increase of social input,and the introduction of market mechanism are the necessary countermeasures for the social mobility.Based on the social mobility in Zhangjiakou,with a view to the social development and the change of social roles,the paper aims to examine the change of the inner social structure from a microcosmic angle.
