The teaching quality has become one of the determining factors of the level of universities and the core of teaching quality lies in the learning quality of the student.Based on the discussion of such problems of university students as having an improper motivation for learning,an unclear goal of learning,and inappropriate learning methods,the paper analyzes the internal and external factors influencing the students’ learning effect and provides some countermeasures from the aspects of the school,the family and the student.
