摘要
论文首先采用德尔菲法设置了图书评价体系的指标框架及权重系数,其次通过超星读秀学术搜索抽取了15种计算机类样本图书,并且利用豆瓣网的图书评论开展实证研究,最后根据数据分析结果,得出以下结论:集合了引文分析、网络书评以及同行评议三大要素为一体的评价体系,可以较为全面准确地体现图书学术影响力;网络书评作为一种新兴的评价方式,将起到越来越重要的作用;同行评议应与引文分析进行有效结合。
This paper firstly uses the Delphi method to set a framework of indicators and weighting coefficients about books evaluation system. It looks for 15 kinds of sample computer books through Superstar Duxiu Scholar, and uses the book reviews of Douban Net to conduct the empirical research. Finally, according to the data analysis, it draws the following conclusions: the evaluation system collecting the three elements of citation analysis, network book reviews and peer-review can fully and accurately reflect the academic impact of the books; network book reviews as a new evaluation method will play a more and more important role; peer-review and citation analysis should be combined effectively.
