江油市河西乡附子道地产地附子中重金属含量及安全性评价

Safety Evaluation and Heavy Metal Content of Aconite in its Authentic Land,HexiArea,Jiangyou City

江油市河西乡是附子的道地产地。对江油市河西乡产附子及其土壤中重金属元素的含量进行了分析,并对土壤重金属元素的有效性以及附子的安全性进行了评价。结果表明,附子中重金属在含量上存在一定的波动,其中Cr,Ni,Cd的含量在不同样品中变化相对较大,土壤中的Cd,Cu,Zn等重金属元素容易被附子吸收,而Cr,Pb,Ni,As,Hg相对不易吸收。按照我国《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》限量指标,附子中的Cu,Pb,Cd,As,Hg等重金属元素的总含量和单个重金属元素的含量均低于该标准限量指标,符合标准要求。

Hexi area in Jiangyou city is a small town where aconite is mainly originated.Aconite produced in Hexin area and the content of heavy metals in the soil were studied in this paper.The results show that the content of heavy metals in aconite fluctuates,with the content of Cr,Ni,Cd in different samples changing much,for heavy metals such as Cd,Cu and Zn,etc.are easily absorbed,while Cr,Pb,Ni,As and Hg,etc.are not easily absorbed.According to China's Green industry standards for import and export of medicinal plants and preparations,the total contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,As,Hg and the content of a single heavy metal element were below the standards.
