党性既是衡量党员对中国共产党认可度、忠诚度的重要标准,也是中国共产党保持先进性、纯洁性和战斗力的重要依据。政党党性内含组织属性和个体属性。以组织行为学为视角审视政党,党性内涵主要是由受党的目标-信念培育影响的思想结构要素和受环境的刺激-政治反应影响的行为结构要素构成。而中国共产党党性的历史变迁也彰显了这一点。党性内涵经历了由理论性向组织性和先锋引领性的转变。所以,在新时代,中国共产党党性就主要包括理论维度、组织维度和个体维度的三重审视和理论性、阶级性、组织性、人民性和先锋引领性五大要素,它们互相渗透和融合,构成了新时代中国共产党党性的内容结构。

Party spirit is not only an important criterion to measure the recognition and loyalty of the party members to the Communist Party of China(CPC),but also an important basis for the CPC to maintain its advanced nature,purity and battle effectiveness.Party spirit contains organizational and individual attributes.From the perspective of Organizational Behavior,the connotation of party spirit is mainly composed of the ideological structure influenced by the party's goal-faith cultivation and the behavioral structure influenced by environmental stimulus and political responses.The historical vicissitudes of the party spirit of CPC also highlights this point.The connotation of party spirit has transformed from theory to organization and pioneering leading.Therefore,in the new era,based on theoretical,organizational and individual dimensions,the party spirit of CPC mainly includes five elements——theory,class,organization,affinity with the masses and pioneering leading.Their mutual infiltration and integration constitute the content structure of the party spirit of CPC in the new era.
