辅导员加强大学生意识形态教育途径研究

Research on Counselors' Ways to Strengthen College Students' Ideological Education

高校辅导员设立的初心是为了加强党在高等院校的政治思想工作,辅导员要回顾初心,紧密地团结在党中央周围,坚定不移地高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,认清前进方向。辅导员要不忘初心,在八项工作职责中明确大学生意识形态教育的首要职责,处理好"辅导员职责树"的有机关系。辅导员要践行初心,率先加强自身政治素质、研究掌握意识形态教育的过程和内在规律、结合其他思政教育的内容和途径,在课程教学、主题班会、专业教育、党团工作四个方面有所作为,切实加强大学生意识形态教育。

The initial goal of arranging counselors for college stu-dents is to strengthen the Party＇s political and ideological work inhigher education institutions, so counselors should return to theirinitial goal, closely uniting around the Party Central Committee,unswervingly holding high the great banner of socialism withChinese characteristics and making clear the way forward. To re-alize their initial goal, counselors should make clear their primaryresponsibility, namely college students＇ ideological education, a-mong their eight responsibilities, and well deal with the organicrelations within the ＂tree of counselors＇ responsibilities＂. Topractice their initial goal, counselors should take the lead instrengthening their own political quality, research and master theprocess and inherent law of ideological education, and draw ex-perience from contents and ways of other ideological and politicaleducation, so as to achieve some results in course teaching, the-matic class meeting, professional education, Party and Leaguework, thus feasibly strengthening college students＇ ideological andpolitical education.
