广西基层新型职业农民培育师资队伍建设问题研究

Study on the Construction of a Teacher Team for the Cultivation of New Professional Farmers at Grassroots Levels of Guangxi

新型职业农民培育是我国新时期实现农业现代化的重要环节,高素质的师资队伍是提升新型职业农民培育水平的重要保证。广西基层新型职业农民培育工作一直在有条不紊地开展,取得了很大的进步和收获,但是依旧存在一些问题和改进空间。加快基层新型职业农民培育师资队伍建设,创建良好的人才生态环境,是新形势下加快广西农业经济发展的重要保障。本文通过到广西基层一线走访调研,查找当前广西新型职业农民培育师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题及原因,针对性地提出进一步加强广西新型职业农民培育师资队伍建设的建议与对策。

The cultivation of new professional farmers is an im-portant link in the modernization of agriculture in the new periodof our country, and the high-quality teaching staff is an importantguarantee to improve the cultivation level of new professionalfarmers. The cultivation of new professional farmers in Guangxihas been in an orderly way, making great progress and harvest,but there are still some problems and room for improvement. It isan important guarantee for the development of the agricultural e-conomy in Guangxi to accelerate the construction of new profes-sional farmers and the creation of a good talent ecological envi-ronment. Based on the first-line investigation and study inGuangxi, this paper finds out the problems and reasons existingin the teacher team construction for the cultivation of new profes-sional farmers in Guangxi and proposes some suggestions andcountermeasures to further strengthen the teacher team construc-tion for the cultivation of new professional farmers in Guangxi.
