我国幼儿教师流动现象研究现状的文献计量分析

A Bibliometric Analysis of the Research on Teacher Turnover in Kindergartens in China

本研究以中国知网为平台,运用文献计量的分析方法,对涉及我国幼儿教师流动现象方面的70篇论文进行了计量学统计分析,以探究我国幼儿教师流动现象研究的现状,得出了相应的结论,提出了研究展望。

By literature review, this study conducteda bibliomet-ric analysis of 70 papers on teacher turnover in kindergartens inChina from CNKI, and explored the status quo of the research onteacher turnover in kindergartens in China. Based on the re-search, the authors drew the corresponding conclusion and madesome predictions for further research.
