Survey and Analysis on the Current Situation of Higher Vocational Students' Vocational Ability

高职教育主要是为生产、建设、服务、管理第一线培养高素质技能人才,高职学生必须具备适应岗位活动任务要求的多种能力。高职学生职业能力的高低直接决定了整个职业活动的完成质量和完成效率,同时职业能力也是企业选拔人才的重要依据。因此,高职教育必须重视学生职业能力的培养,加强措施提升的学生职业能力。

Higher vocational education is mainly to cultivatehigh-quality skilled talents for first-line production, construction,service and management, so higher vocational students must pos-sess various abilities in order to adapt to job requirements. Thelevel of higher vocational students＇ vocational ability directly de-termines the quality and efficiency of the completion of a voca-tional activity, and vocational ability is also an important basis forenterprise selection of talents. Therefore, higher vocational edu-cation must pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ vocationalability and take targeted measures.
