远程学习绩效评价指标体系研究——以新疆电大远程学习者为例 被引量:2

摘要 质量是远程教育中人们最为关注的问题,是远程教育生存和发展的基础。远程教育要实现进一步的扩大开放,必然会遇到质量评价方面的严峻挑战,学习绩效是体现质量的核心因素,构建科学合理的学习绩效评价指标,可以提高学习者的学习绩效。本研究主要通过文献法、以新疆电大远程学习者为调查对象的问卷调查法,研究远程学习绩效影响因素、建立评价指标,通过专家访谈确定指标权重,最终构建远程学习评价指标体系,并在新疆电大开放教育学习者中进行实证,对远程学习绩效评价指标应用提供建议。 As the basis for the survival and development of dis-tance education, quality is the most concerned issue in distanceeducation. In order to achieve further development, distance ed-ucation will inevitably encounter severe challenges in quality e-valuation. Learning performance is the core factor of quality, andconstructinga scientific and reasonable learning performance e-valuation index can improve the learning performance of learners.This research mainly studies the influencing factors of distancelearning performance and the establishment of an evaluation in-dex system by means of literature method and questionnaire sur-vey of distance learners in Xinjiang Open University, determinesindex weight through expert interviews, and finally establishes anevaluation index system of distance learning. Then the system isverified among the distance learners of Xinjiang Open University,in order to provide advice on the evaluation index application ofdistance learning performance.
