摘要
本文通过引入质量管理的理念来研讨在高校多校区办学中,如何提升内部行政管理的公共服务品质,借鉴政府公共服务品质的有效做法,探讨高校在多校区管理方面如何利用公共的服务平台进行跨区域的服务与管理,特别是利用"互联网+"技术从本质上解决跨区域的管理难点,建设"服务型机关"提升服务质量,为学校事业发展发挥作用。
This paper discusses how to improve the public servicquality of internal administrative management in multi-campuschool-running of colleges and universities introducing the con-cept of quality management. By learning from the effective prac-tice of government public service quality, we explore how to usthe public service platform to carry out cross-regional service anmanagement in multi-campus management of colleges and uni-versities. The use of "Internet+" technology is especially ana-lyzed, in order to essentially solve the problems of cross-regionamanagement, construct "service-oriented organizations", improvthe quality of service, and promote the development of collegeand universities.
