摘要
为使每位教师都能够获得准确而有意义的评价,美国罗德岛州开发并完善了教师评价系统,从教师专业实践、教师专业职责和学生学业状况三个方面对教师进行评价。其评价指标体系具有详细的评分等级和计分方式,体现出很强的操作性;评价过程中及时反馈,并根据实际情况调整评价指标,力促教师专业能力的全面提升。借鉴美国罗德岛州教师评价系统的有益经验,我国中小学应重视教师对课堂环境建设的评价、建立个性化的评价标准、进一步提高教师的责任意识,以提升教师的专业实践能力、专业素养和专业职责。
In order to make every teacher get accurate and meaningful evaluation, Rhode Island state has developed and perfected the teacher assessment system and assessed teachers from three aspects: teachers" professional practice, responsibilities,and students^ academic status.The evaluation index system has a detailed grading and scoring methods showing strong operability; the timely feedback in the evaluation process and the adjustment of assessment index according to the actual situations for promoting the professional competence of teachers. Learning from Rhodes Island,primary and secondary schools in China should pay attention to assessments from teachers acting on classroom environment construction,establish the personalized evaluation criteria,and further improve teachers" consciousness of responsibility for developing their professional practice abilities, professional knowledge and responsibilities.
