摘要
人事档案是人力资源管理的重要文件,强化人事档案管理是做好人事工作的重要组成部分,人事档案的电子化管理是大势所趋,对破解目前人事档案管理存在的信息不全、更新滞后、标准化不够等缺陷提供了契机,有效实现人事档案电子化管理要从提高对人事档案管理的认识、健全人事档案管理体系、建立人事档案电子数据库、完善人事档案电子化系统、加强人事档案审査、构建人事档案资源平台和加强人事档案人才队伍建设等方面着手建设.
The personnel file is an important document of human resources management.Strengthening the management of personnel archives is an important part of good personnel work.The personal file electronic management is trend of the times,and provide an opportunity to break the existing problems,such as incomplete information,update lag,insufficient standard etc.In order to do the personal file electronic management well,we can adopt the following principles:understanding through improving personnel file management,perfect occurrences in human life file administration system,set up personal file electronic databank,improve the personal file electronic system,strengthen personal file and examine,make up the personal file resource platform and strengthen measures such as the personal file talent team constructions.
