女子铅球运动员最后用力阶段技术特征的运动学研究

以女子铅球运动员刘相蓉最后用力阶段的技术特征为研究内容,运用文献资料法、三维摄像解析和比较分析等方法对其进行运动学研究。研究发现,刘相蓉在最后用力阶段躯干过早用力,髋部前移小,身体重心速度利用率低。左腿积极蹬伸支撑,出手高度高;出手角度适宜,但出手速度慢。铅球的出手差为负值,铅球做功距离缩短。
