摘要 纳西族传统文化的持有者和传承者被称为"东巴",东巴既是传统文化的传承者,也是纳西族本土宗教东巴教的祭司。历史上,东巴祭司按照血缘纽带家族/家庭传承,有"父传子,传男不传女"的约定俗成。然而随着时代变迁,传统的祭司培养模式已经发生改变,在很多地方家族/家庭培养模式已经难觅踪影,传统文化的存续受到威胁。本文将对目前纳西族地区东巴文化传承人的新培养模式——企业东巴培养模式进行介绍。 The holders and inheritors of Naxi traditional culture are called Dongba. Dongba is not only the inheritor of traditional culture, but also the priest of Dongba religion of Naxi . Historically, the Dongba priests were inherited according to blood ties, family unit/ family, and "father biography", "biography of men and not women". However, with the change of times, the traditional training mode of priests has changed. In many places, the family unit / family training mode has been difficult to trace, and the existence of traditional culture is threatened. This article will introduce the new training mode of Dongba culture inheritors in Naxi area - Dongba culture mode of enterprise.
