高职青年教师职业能力调查研究——以广东地区高职院校为例 被引量:1

摘要 通过问卷调查和个别访谈,对广东地区高职院校青年教师职业能力现状进行调查研究。结果发现:高职青年教师职业能力从高到低依次为自我学习能力、信息技术处理能力、专业认知和教学能力、行业认知和实践教学能力、科研和技术研发能力。青年教师职业能力在性别、年龄、学历、职称、教龄和是否双师上表现出显著差异。提升高职青年教师职业能力从内容上应重视科研能力、实践教学能力、专业教学能力和信息技术处理能力的培养,从对象上应重视女教师、10年教龄以下教师、40岁以下教师、中级职称教师的职业能力的培养。 The paper investigated the current situation of professional ability of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong area through the questionnaire and individual interview. The results showed that higher vocational professional ability of young teachers from high to low in turn were self-learning ability,information technology processing capacity,professional cognition and teaching ability,industry cognition and practice teaching ability, research and technology research and development capability. The professional competence of young teachers shows some differences in gender,age,education background,professional title,teaching age and whether duple teacher. Improve professional ability of young teachers in higher vocational should attach importance to the professional teaching abilities,industry practice teaching ability,research ability and information technology processing ability. The object should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers' professional ability of female teachers,teachers whose teaching age was under the age of ten years,teachers whose age was under 40,and teachers who have intermediate certificate.
