摘要 缓控释微丸作为多单元型制剂,具有诸多无可比拟的优点。目前,缓控释微丸主要分为骨架型微丸、膜控型微丸、骨架-膜控型微丸;其最终剂型是胶囊剂和片剂,微丸型片剂因具有独特优势,现已成为缓控释制剂研发热点之一。本文以缓控释微丸的释药机理,所用的辅料,制备工艺以及缓控释微丸的应用进行综述,旨在为缓控释微丸制剂的研发提供思路和方法。 As a multi unit dosage forms, controlled release pellets have many incomparable advantages. At present,controlled-release pellets are mainly divided into the skeleton type pellet, coated pellets, skeleton - coated controlledrelease pellets. Its final form is capsules and tablets, because the tableting of pellets has a unique advantage, it becomesone of the hot researches of controlled release preparations. The release mechanism of controlled release pellets, theexcipients uses, the preparation process and the application of controlled release pellets were reviewed, in order to provideideas for the research and development of controlled release pellets.
