摘要
采用一步法制备了形貌良好的苯乙酸乙酯自修复微胶囊,选取不同含量与粒径的微胶囊添加入涂层材料。研究了微胶囊质量分数和粒径对涂层力学性能的影响。结果表明:微胶囊含量和粒径的增大会导致涂层附着力级别、硬度以及拉伸性能的下降,但当微胶囊含量为5%且粒径范围为20~50μm时,微胶囊可增强涂层的附着力和韧性将会增强,涂层的其他力学性能略有下降。
The microcapsule, with good morphology, was prepared by one -step method. The microcapsules withdifferent contents and sizes were added to the coating materials. The effect of microcapsule mass fraction and particle sizeon the mechanical properties of the coating was studied. The results showed that the adhesion of coating grade, hardnessand tensile properties decreased with the increase of microcapsule content and particle size, but when the microcapsulecontent was 5% and the particle size was in the range of 20 ~ 50 滋m microcapsule, the adhesion of the coating andtoughness was enhanced, the performance of other force of the coating decreased slightly.
