摘要
为了制备出高固相含量、低粘度的Si_3N_4浆料和高强度生坯,降低传统丙烯酰胺凝胶体系的毒性,本文研究了Si_3N_4粉末表面性质和聚丙烯酰胺分散剂对Si_3N_4浆料流变性能的影响,同时研究了低毒N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺单体含量与固相含量对注模后生坯强度的影响。结果表明经过表面改性后的Si_3N_4粉末添加1wt%分散剂就可以制备出粘度低至0.264 Pa·s,固相含量达到52%的浆料,加入10wt%单体成型出的生坯抗弯强度达到22.7 MPa,SEM分析表明生坯组织均匀,无团聚体出现。
In order to prepare the high solid content, low viscosity Si3N4 slurry and high strength green body, thetoxicity of the traditional acrylamide gel system was reduced. The surface properties of Si3N4 powder and the rheologicalproperties of Si3N4 slurry were studied. The effects of low N,N-dimethylacrylamide monomer content and solid content onthe green strength after injection molding were studied. The results showed that the viscosity of the Si3N4 powder wasincreased to 0. 264 Pa·s and the solid content was 52% by adding 1wt% of dispersant. After adding 10wt% monomer,strength analysis of 22. 7 MPa, SEM analysis showed the green tissue uniform with no aggregates appear.
