摘要
以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料合成了含亲水基团的聚丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸(PAMAA),再接枝氯甲基化8-羟基喹啉(HQ),并与铝配位,制备了含荧光基团的双亲嵌段共聚物(PAMAA-Alq_3)。利用分子荧光光谱仪研究了PAMAA-Alq_3浓度、无机盐浓度、溶液pH值及溶剂种类等对其荧光行为的影响。结果表明:其临界胶束浓度为1.5×10^(-1)g·L^(-1);其荧光强度随其浓度及盐浓度增加而增强;随溶剂极性减弱而增强,并伴有蓝移。
Polyacrylamide-acrylic acid(PAMAA) containing hydrophilic group were synthesized using acrylic acidand acrylamide as raw materials, and the target products PAMAA-Alq3 were prepared by grafting 8 -hydroxyquinolinethrough chloromethylation, then coordinaing with aluminum(芋). The effect of PAMAA-Alq3 concentration, inorganicsalt concentration, solution pH and solvent type on its fluorescence behavior was studied by molecular fluorescencespectrometer. The results showed that its critical micelle concentration was 1. 5 伊10-1g·L^-1. At the same time, itsfluorescence intensity was enhanced with its concentration and salt concentration increasing. PAMAA-Alq3 fluorescenceintensity was enhanced with solvent polarity weakening, and its fluorescence peak was accompanied by blue shift.
