摘要
根据三峡大学五年来在新能源材料与器件专业在特色凝练和人才建设方面的经验和积累,对专业综合实验课程体系进行了探讨,建立材料与器件两大类实验体系,主要涵盖储能材料与器件、光电材料与器件、半导体照明材料与器件,拓宽了学生的知识面,提高了学生的实验技能,培养了学生的研究创新能力。
Based on the work experience in reefing special characteristics and training of talents of new energymaterials and devices major in recent five years, a comprehensive experimental course which composed extensively tests onthe materials and devices was proposed. The comprehensive experiment course, mainly covering energy storage materialsand devices, optoelectronic materials and devices, semiconductor lighting materials and devices, had broaden thestudents' knowledge, improved the students' experimental skills and innovation ability.
