论高职辅导员对新生的管理方法

On the Counselors’ Management Methods of the Freshmen in High Vocational Colleges

高职辅导员是高职院校学生工作中的主力军,随着“00后”逐渐走入大学校园,针对新时期下高职学生的特点,辅导员的管理方法也要发生一些改变。本文以高职新生为出发点,分析一些对高职院校新生的管理方式,为高职院校的学生管理工作提供一些参考。

Higher vocational college counselors is the main force of student work in higher vocational colleges,as the "post-00" gradually come into the campus,according to the characteristics of higher vocational college student in the new period,the counselors’ management methods also need some change.Taking the freshmen of higher vocational as starting point,this paper analyzes some new management methods for higher vocational colleges and provides some references for students’ management work of higher vocational colleges.
