基于de-form3D钛合金钻削加工研究

摘要 钛合金是一种应用广泛且难加工的金属材料,为了提高钛合金钻削加工的效率,对钛合金材料钻削过程中麻花钻的钻削力影响规律进行研究。基于deform-3D软件分析麻花钻几何参数对于钛合金加工性能的影响,主要研究麻花钻顶角及螺旋角对钻削过程中的温度、轴向力和扭矩的改变。介绍了增大顶角和螺旋角相比于标准麻花钻对于加工过程中工件温度分布的影响。重点分析增大顶角和螺旋角钻头对于加工过程中轴向力及扭矩、排屑情况的影响。为提高钛合金钻削效率提供了参考。 Titanium alloy is a widely used but difficult to process metal material,In order to improve the drilling efficiency of the machining of titanium alloy,the influence of drilling force on the twist drill in the drilling of titanium alloy materials is studied.The influence of the geometric parameters of the twist drill on the titanium alloy process ability was analyzed based on deform-3 D.The changes of the twist drill point angle and helix angle on the drilling process of temperature,axial force and torque were studied.The influence of the temperature distribution of the work piece in the work process of the increase of vertex angle and helix angle compared to the standard twist drill is introduced here.The increase of vertex angle and helix angle drill for the axial force and torque,chip removal situation in the machining process is mainly analyzed,and a basis for improving drilling efficiency of titanium alloy is provided.
