临沂市恶性肿瘤患者心理状况调查分析

SURVEYS ON THE MENTAL STATUS OF PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT TUMOR

目的评估肿瘤患者的心理状态及应对方式,探讨干预策略以改善患者的生活质量及预后。方法采用症状自评量表及医学应对方式问卷对选取2015年1月~2016年1月在临沂市人民医院肿瘤科住院治疗及门诊就诊的659例恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,评估其心理状态及应对方式。结果与常模相比,本组659例恶性肿瘤患者的SCL-90总分明显高于国内常模,并且在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病各项分值方面均明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在应对方式中,本组恶性肿瘤患者较多采用"面对"和"回避"的应对方式。结论临沂市晚期肿瘤患者存在多种心理障碍,有效的心理干预能够提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To assess the mental status of patients with malignant tumor and to explore the relevant intervention strategy.Methods A total of 659 cases of malignant tumor were chosen and surveyed by the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and the medical coping style questionnaires to assess their mental status and coping styles.Results Compared to normal values,the scores of SCL-90 scores,somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoid ideation and psychosis were all significantly higher(P <0.05).The"confronting"and "avoidance"were the main coping styles.ConclusionPatients with malignant tumor tend to have several psychological obstacles and effective psychological interventions can be used to improve their quality of life.
