氮磷钾配施对谷子农艺性状及光合特性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了研究不同施肥处理对农大8号农艺性状及光合特性的影响,从而选出最佳的氮磷钾配比,试验在种植密度相同的条件下进行正交设计,设置16个不同的施肥处理,比较分析各处理的农艺性状、光合参数等指标。结果表明,氮磷钾肥对农大8号的影响大小次序为N>K>P,施肥组合为N225 kg/hm^2,P_2O_550 kg/hm^2,K_2O 60 kg/hm^2时谷子的胞间二氧化碳浓度明显低于其他处理,株高、茎粗、叶面积、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、相对叶绿素含量及产量均高于其他处理,且差异显著。经过正交分析得出,在本试验条件下,谷子农大8号的生产中,理论施肥量为N225 kg/hm^2,P_2O_5100 kg/hm^2,K_2O 60 kg/hm^2时谷子光合特性及产量指标最优、产量最高。 Orthogonal designed experiment was conducted with 16 different fertilization treatments in planting density under the same condition. The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of different fertilization treatments on agronomic characters and photosynthetic characteristics of Nongda 8, to choose the best NPK ratio the comparison of the millet, indexes of main agronomic traits and photosynthetic parameters was analyzed. The results showed that the order of the effect of NPK fertilizer on Nongda 8 was NKP. The composition of fertilizer was N 225 kg/hm^2, P2O5 50 kg/hm^2, K2O 60 kg/hm^2, and under this fertilizer application condition the internal CO2 concentration of the millet cell was significantly lower than other treatments and plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content and yield were higher than other treatments under the selected fertilizer application, and there were significant differences. The orthogonal analysis showed the theoretically yield of Nongda 8 was the highest with the fertilizer application N 225 kg/hm^2, P2O5 100 kg/hm^2, K2O 60 kg/hm^2.
