摘要 为了研究苹果苗木繁育的基质配比问题,以园土、泥炭土、牛粪、珍珠岩为试验材料,采用不同基质配方设计对苹果幼苗植株的生长特性和光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,园土∶泥炭土∶牛粪∶珍珠岩=2∶2∶2∶1的基质配方处理的苹果植株生长特性、光合特性都较高,明显好于其他基质配方。因此,利用配方基质可完全满足苹果幼苗的生长,基质配方可作为山西省非耕地苹果苗种植推广应用。 To study the problem of apple seedling breeding, the growth characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of apple seedling were studied by using different substrate formulas with garden soil, peat soil, cattle manure and perlite as test materials. The results showed that growth characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics of the treatmentk(garden soil∶peat soil∶cattle manure∶perlite=2∶2∶2∶1)were higher than those of the other treatments. The results showed that using substrate formula can fully meet the growth of apple seedlings, substrate formula can be used as Shanxi non-cultivated apple seedlings to promote the use of planting.
