教学资源库的课程建设要根据专业领域及课程特点,对课程内容、知识结构和资源属性进行整体设计,将丰富的教学素材开发为有效实用的教学资源。课程设计围绕职业岗位展开,素材(资源)制作考虑应用效果,要统一建设标准,加强过程管理。建设过程预想应用效果,应用过程完善建设成果,借助资源库实现翻转课堂,满足教师、学习者个性化的需求,使教学资源库真正发挥"能学""辅教"的作用。
