摘要
教学资源库的课程建设要根据专业领域及课程特点,对课程内容、知识结构和资源属性进行整体设计,将丰富的教学素材开发为有效实用的教学资源。课程设计围绕职业岗位展开,素材(资源)制作考虑应用效果,要统一建设标准,加强过程管理。建设过程预想应用效果,应用过程完善建设成果,借助资源库实现翻转课堂,满足教师、学习者个性化的需求,使教学资源库真正发挥"能学""辅教"的作用。
Based on the characteristics of professional areas and curriculum, the construction of professional teaching resources database should systematically design the curriculum content, the knowledge structure and the resource attributes as a whole, so as to put the rich teaching materials into effective and practical teaching resources. The curriculum ought to be designed according to the professional positions and the making of materials (resources) need to take the application effects into consideration. Also, the construction standard must be unifed, and the process management should be strengthened. The application effects is preconceived in the construction process, and the application process perfects the construction achievement.With the aid of the resources database, the fipped classes can be realized and the individual demand of teachers and learners can also be meet, so that the functions of "can be learned" and "teaching assistant "of the teaching resources database are expected to be truly achieved.
