Research on the Compatibility of Security Vocational Education in Beijing with the Industry Development

本文通过对北京市保安行业发展现状、人才需求情况以及安保职业教育规模与层次等方面的研究,分析了北京市安保职业教育与产业发展的契合程度,并提出了具有实际意义的建议与措施。

Based on the research on the present development status and talent demand of security industry and the current situation of security vocational education, this paper analyses the compatibility of the security vocational education in Beijing with the security industry development and proposes some practical measures and suggestions as well.
