摘要
某钢厂新建的烧结矿竖式冷却炉,需要对冷却炉进行能耗性能进行评估。针对这一问题,建立一套性能指标,通过在冷却炉合适的位置放置传感器,实时采集冷却炉运行时的热工参数;通过数据采集卡将采集到的传感器信号送到上位机,上位机基于Lab VIEW软件在后面板将采集到的数据进行处理,在前面板实时显示能耗指标,并且对能耗指标数据进行存储。测试结果表明,该测试系统可以实时稳定显示冷却炉性能指标,并且可以将数据存储起来给流程耦合节能提供数据支持。
The need for energy performance assessment because vertical cooling furnace sinter a new colling furnace.Establishinga set of performance indicators in order to solve this problem ,placing the sensor in the cooling furnace suitable location,during the cooling furnace operation,the thermal parameters of real-time,the data getfrom the sensor signal will be sent to the host computer by Data Acquisition Board. The collected data processed bythe host computer on the back panel based on LabVIEW software,displays the energy consumption indicators onthe front panel in real time,and stores the energy consumption index data. The test results show that the test system can display the performance index of the cooling furnace in real time and can store the data to provide datasupport for the process coupling energy saving.
