新能源汽车增程器用外转子永磁同步发电机设计 被引量:3

摘要 为配套新能源汽车增程器用发电机,设计一款额定功率63 k W的外转子永磁同步发电机。从发电机结构、电磁材料、磁体结构、冷却结构等方面分析了外转子永磁同步发电机的设计要求。利用JMAG建立了该电机的的二维有限元仿真模型,并对性能进行了仿真,最后进行了试制、调试及实验。结果表明:增程器用外转子永磁同步发电机,性能良好、高效率工作区域占比高。 Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and complicated working procedure of single-sided drillingmachine,a double-sided drilling machine control system based on Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR PLC was proposed,including the working process,I/O allocation and software program design. The software debugging results showthat the control system of double-sided drilling machine based on PLC is reliable and effective.
