摘要
针对单面钻床效率低下,工序复杂的问题,以双面钻组合机床为研究对象,采用三菱FX1S-20MR PLC为主控制器,设计了一种PLC控制的双面钻床控制系统,包括系统的工作流程,I/O分配和软件程序设计。软件调试结果表明:基于PLC的双面钻床控制系统设计可靠,能够有效地提高钻孔效率。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and complicated working procedure of single-sided drillingmachine,a double-sided drilling machine control system based on Mitsubishi FX1S-20MR PLC was proposed,including the working process,I/O allocation and software program design. The software debugging results showthat the control system of double-sided drilling machine based on PLC is reliable and effective.
