行波管热态驻波参数测试技术规范的编制

摘要 行波管是靠电子注的连续调制速度来实现放大功能的一种微波电子管,应用日趋广泛。其热态驻波参数能够表征其真实工作状态,也称热驻波比,是指行波管在加电工作状态下信号包络的最大值与最小值之比,目前该参数相关测试方法不完善。在联合国内外相关科研机构试验验证的基础上,提出了可行的行波管热态驻波参数测试技术规范。 Traveling-wave-tube amplifier( TWTA)is a kind of microwave electron tubes with continuous modulation speed of the electron beam. The applications are becoming increasingly widespread. Its thermal standing waveparameters can describe its real working state,also called hot standing wave ratio(SWR) . It refers to the ratio ofthe maximum and minimum of the signal envelope of the traveling wave tube in the power up state. At present,thetest method of this parameter is imperfect. Based on the experimental verification of the relevant domestic scientificresearch institutions,a feasible test specification for the measurement of the hot SWR for TWTA is proposed.
