摘要
厂房作为企业生产活动的主要场所,需要不断改进和完善,以满足企业持续发展的要求。目前厂房的设计、展示大都采用二维视图表述,传统的二维视图在尺寸标注上有很大的优势,但是缺乏直观性,需要专业设计人员才能看懂,因此在展示过程中比较呆板,无吸引力,难以达到宣传效果,不能进行有效的模拟仿真,仅仅凭借设计者的强大想象力来构建,因此在构建过程中很容易出错,厂房完工后往往还需投入大量的人力、物力去验证、改进,效率较低,成本较高。然而,科技日新月异的发展,为厂房的设计提供了新的思路,三维建模软件在工业上的应用与推广推广促使厂房设计进入数字化仿真时代。玉柴机器股份有限公司适时提出建立厂房三维模型构想,为将这个构想变成现实,工程师们以创新发展的思维,率先采用UG建模技术对厂房进行三维建模。从开始的一个模糊概念到厂房各部分的实际建模,整座厂房最终实现了数字电子化。随后项目组研究如何将其推广应用,挖掘其潜能,发现搭建厂房三维模型平台在内燃机制造、精益生产、物流优化、设备设施技改、人机工程研究、目视化管理、厂房标准建立、干部员工培训等多方面表现出了强大的优势。
As the main place of production activities,factory buildings need to be improved and improved to meetthe requirements of sustainable development of enterprises. The current display plant design,most of the 2D representation,traditional 2D views have great advantages in size annotation,but the lack of intuitive,professional designers need to understand,so relatively inflexible,during the show no attraction,cannot simulate effectively,justby virtue of the powerful imagination of designers to build therefore,in the construction process is very easy tomake a mistake,after the completion of plant often also need to invest a lot of manpower and material resources toverify and improve the low efficiency and high cost. However,the rapid development of science and technologyprovides a new way of thinking for the design of factory buildings. The application and popularization of 3D modeling software in industry have promoted the design of workshop into the era of digital simulation. Yuchai MachineryLimited by Share Ltd established three-dimensional model put forward ideas,put the idea into reality,the engineers to the innovation and development of thinking,the first use of UG modeling techniques for three-dimensional modeling of buildings. From the beginning of a fuzzy concept to the actual modeling of the various parts of theplant,the whole workshop finally realized digital electronic. The study group project how to apply it,and tap theirpotential to build 3D model of the platform building found in the internal combustion engine manufacturing,leanproduction,logistics optimization,equipment technical innovation,ergonomics research,visual management,standard workshop establishment,staff training and other aspects have shown a strong advantage.
