针对原来的电子数显高度卡尺的方形底座存在使用不便、工序过多、尺身刚性不足等问题,通过优化设计底座以及增加尺身截面等措施,解决了存在的问题,取得了提高产品质量、降低生产成本以及增强产品市场竞争力的效果。

Through optimizing the design of stand base and enlarging the cross section of the main ruler of electronic digital height gauge,to efficiently solve many problems such as no good use of square stand base,redundant procedures,less rigidity of main ruler. So as to makea reasonable achievements in improving products quality,reducing production cost and strengthening products competition in the market.
