随着造纸自动化的飞速发展,DCS越来越多地被引入到各家制浆造纸厂。在DCS应用中,接地技术是一个不能忽视的问题,接地设计的好坏,将直接影响到电气、电子系统的运行质量。依据相关技术标准和设备厂家技术要求,结合几年来在参与的制浆造纸厂DCS设计、工程安装、调试和设备维护中的经验,着重分析了接地的目的,介绍了保护接地和工作接地的作用,接地体的设置和接地电阻,指出了在实际工作中应注意的问题,最后给出了在设计中常用的一种接地方案供探讨。

With the rapid development of pulp ＆ paper mill automation,DCS increasingly being introduced to thevarious paper mills. In DCS application,grounding techniques area problem can not be ignored,grounding designis good or bad,will directly affect the electrical and electronic systems operation quality. This passage according tothe relevant technical standards and technical requirements for equipment manufacturers,combined with ourseveral years experience in DCS design,engineering,installation,commissioning and maintenance of equipment,focusing on analysis of the purpose of grounding,introduced protective grounding and working grounding,grounding body set up and ground resistance,pointed out the problem should pay attention in practical work andfinally give one recommend grounding program for discussion.
