摘要
在中频感应加热系统中,熔炉的温度决定着被加热工件是否合格。怎样更好地使加热料温度得到更加精确的控制,是感应加热系统中必需解决的关键技术问题。针对中频感应炉温度控制系统的稳定性和控制精度,采用教与学优化算法对系统的各个参数进行优化,使得系统的各个参数更合理,提高了系统的精度。仿真结果表明:本方法能更快寻找到最优解,对参数选取的精确度较高,有效地提高了控制系统的性能。
In the system of medium frequency eddy -current heating, furnace temperature determines the heatedworkpiece is qualified .How to get the accurate control of the temperature of heating material has been the key tosolve technical problem in the design of eddy-current heating system.For cope with the stability and control precision of the temperature control system for medium frequency induction furnace. This paper given the teaching andlearning optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of the system, make the system parameters reasonablyand improve accurately.The simulation results testify that the proposed method can find the optimal solution morequickly,and has higher accuracy of parameter selection, which can effectively improve the performance of the control system.
